Pâté of dried Figs and Olives

Ingredients:

- 250 g of LaCuba dried figs
- 250 g of boneless black olives
- 100 g of walnuts
- 1 tablespun of balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespuns of olive oil
- 1 tablespun of ground Oregano
- ½ tablespun of ground thyme
- Salt and black pepper

Preparation:

Simmer the figs in water for 15 minutes to rehydrate them.
Mix all the ingredients except the walnut and triturate with the mixer.

Emplatado:

Put into a tub. Ater spreading add pieces of walnut.
