Ingredients (4 people):
- ½ kg of LaCuba dried figs- 1 wineglass of Port
- 350g of flour
- ½ serve of yeast
- 250 ml of water
- Olive oil
- Brown sugar and cinnamon
Preparation:
- Put the figs without the stem into the Port for 2 hours.- Mix in a bowl the flour, water and yeast until gettin an uniform dough without lumps.
- Add the figs to the dough.
- In a pan with plenty olive oil, add fig by fig with some dought frying them.
Plate up:
Put the Fritters in plates and sprinkle the brown sugar and the cinnamon.
