Ingredients:
- 50g of Lacuba Dried figs- 1 shallot
- 1 garlic clove
- 100 cl of Modena Balsamic Vinegar
- Juice of half a lemon
- 5 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 one teaspoop of bron suggar
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation:
- Slice the figs without stem in 2 or 3 pieces and simmer with the balsamic vinegar. Cook until the figs are caramelized.- In the blender container add the shallot, the garlick, the figs with the vinegar, pepper, sugar, salt and lemon. Triturate everything until obtaining a paste.
- Add to the paste the olive oil and whip until emulsify the vinaigrette.
Plate Up:
- Put it into a gravy boat to add to your favourite plate.
