Preparation: - Macerate the figs in Porto, sugar and vinegar with at least 2 hours in advance. - After macerating, drain and save the figs. Mix the maceration liquid with water and cook until getting a dense sauce. - Put the figs without stem and cut in half into the sauce until serving the dish, so they get the aroma and the taste of the sauce. - In a pan with a bit of olive oil, roast the breast fillets for both sided. - Put salt and black pepper to the meat.
Plate Up: In a plate with sauce, put a fillet, a layer of dried figs and another fillet, adding some sauce drops. I can be served in a sandwich without the sauce.
